Return & Size Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once sold. However, we do offer a size exchange facility under the following conditions:

Size Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues.
  • Customers must request an exchange within [1–3 days] of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund.

    Exchange Process:

    • To request an exchange, please contact us at athlizzteam@gmail.com with your order details.
    • we will arrange a pickup after the request is made, but customer is responsible to keep the item ready and packed.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please notify us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with proof (photos/video), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
